Come and enjoy an hour of songs from Georgia, South Africa, America and more in a concert by Sing Winchester in aid of Winchester Hospice.
Tickets are £6 adult, £3 for under-18s and free for under-10s. Tickets can be purchased below using PayPal or reserved by emailing jac@singwinchester.com
Free tickets for the under-10s still need to be accounted for as there are a limited number of spaces available so please email if you’d like any reserving.
Please note, food and drink is not allowed to be consumed in the Church.

Come and listen to Christmas songs from around the world! Sing Winchester and the members of St. Mark’s Church are putting on a free event, with 45 minutes of singing followed by mince pies and mulled fruit punch.
Friday 11th December, 8pm, St. Mark’s Church, Oliver’s Battery.

Come and see us perform in concert on Saturday 27th June, 5-6pm, St Lawrence Church, Winchester! There will be songs from Bulgaria, France, South Africa, Brazil and many more, all sung in original languages with no accompaniment. There will also be dancing, merriment and bicycle bells!
St Lawrence Church is in the alleyway between The Buttercross and the Cathedral grounds.
Tickets are £6 for adults, £3 for children aged 6-17 inclusive, and Free for 5s and under.
All proceeds to go to Oliver’s Battery Pre school Charity.

Our Autumn Concert is on Saturday the 29th of October, 2011, at Itchen Abbas and Avington Village Hall http://www.iaavillagehall.co.uk/facts.htm.
Tickets are available on the door for £5 which includes refreshments.
The concert starts at 7.45pm and will end at around 9.30pm.

Our Christmas concert is now on Saturday the 15th of January at Itchen Abbas Village Hall. It starts at 7.45pm with a break half way through for mulled wine and mince pies! Tickets in advance or on the door, £5.

Our Winter Concert is at 8pm, this Friday in St Mark’s Church, Oliver’s Battery.
Singers:
-Please arrive at 7pm so we can warm up
-People will arrive between 7.45pm-8pm so you can socialise with them during that time
-Concert begins at 8pm
-Wear black and a bold colour (no white and no pastels please)
-Write any song words you need in a book or stick them on black card. No loose white bits of paper please.
-Bring the order of songs so you know what we’ll be singing!
-Bring water (and snacks if you think you will get hungry).

After a quiet summer with no singing I am pleased to say that the new term is starting next week! The first session is on Friday 4th September at 7.30pm in St Mark’s Church, Oliver’s Battery. New members are always welcome – feel free to come and have a sing and see what you think.

As of Friday May 15th, the group will be rehearsing in St Mark’s Church, Oliver’s Battery. It’s a lovely room with lots of space and I hope we’ll be happy there!
